Abstract
The Vaginal and cervical agenesis are rare Mullerian anomalies that typically recognized by primary amenorrhea and cyclic or chronic abdominopelvic pain. Historically, the preferred treatment of Mullerian agenesis was hysterectomy, given this condition was not considered compatible with future fertility. Various methods of surgical procedure have been introduced, but the ideal method is still not established. Transvaginal uterovaginal anastomosis (the novel surgical procedure) were performed for these two patients. After more than 7 months of observation the 2 patients had regular menstrual cycles with normal menstruation without any preoperative and postoperative complaints. It was detected that natural elongation of vaginal depth after operation remarkably in both patients. Recently we experienced two cases of novel surgical procedure without hysterectomy, so we presented them with brief review of literature.
